You’ve probably heard the statistics: 54 million Americans are suffering from joint pain, or one in four adults. Pretty high number, right?
Well, it’s wrong. Researchers are now saying that these estimates are too conservative, and the prevalence of joint discomfort is much, much higher.
New estimates reveal that more than fifty percent of adults over 65 are suffering from joint pain.
More specifically, more than one in every two men and two in every three women are currently suffering.
The sad truth is, if you want to maintain your mobility, the odds aren’t in your favor. You’re at even more risk if you’re exposing yourself to the three top joint destroyers that nobody talks about.
I’ll get to these in a minute, and show you how to protect yourself from them for good.
We hear about diseases all over the media, but they’re usually the most life-threatening: diabetes, heart disease, cancer. People don’t talk about joint pain nearly as much, and to some degree it’s understandable. An achy knee after playing tennis isn’t commonly seen as something life-threatening.
But what if I told you that it is?
There’s one common thread that may be the cause of both achy joints and those life-threatening diseases.
I’ll get to that cause, which is our first joint-destroyer, in a minute.
Trust me when I say it’ll be worth the wait when you learn the truth about this one.
Before that, though, I want to take a moment to recognize another, perhaps unappreciated way that achy joints can threaten our lives.
I’m talking about our daily wellbeing, our family, and our hobbies.
Joint pain can destroy all of that.
I’ve had a patient who stopped going to her weekly bowling games because her lower back hurt too much.
She missed out on a tournament that she had been looking forward to all year, and eventually quit the team altogether.
Another patient had to stop babysitting his grandkids because he was afraid he wouldn’t be able to keep up with them. He said he felt like he was missing out on some of the most exciting parts of their lives.
I had another patient who used to lift weights every day in his twenties. He mentioned having some knee pain around that time, but figured it wasn’t a big deal.
Now he’s in his early forties can can barely make it up the stairs.
Joint pain can ruin lives, as I’ve witnessed myself on countless occasions.
My name is Dr. Kreitenberg, and I’m a dual-certified rheumatologist and internist.
I’ve been treating patients for years, and I can tell you I’ve seen it all.
My work has been published in peer-reviewed journals, and I was one of the earliest adopters of cutting-edge work on injection therapies, including platelet rich plasma and stem cell injections for joint and soft tissue pathologies.
On top of all that, I’ve given instructional, continuing medical education, and promotional lectures on various rheumatology disease states and pharmaceuticals.
I’m passionate about treating patients with severe and debilitating joint pain, such as rheumatoid arthritis, psoriatic arthritis, osteoarthritis, fibromyalgia and spondyloarthritis.
I utilize a holistic approach by combining conservative therapies, such as nutrition, bowel health, and physical therapy, with advanced medicinal treatments in order to improve quality of life.
I believe that joint issues don’t happen in a bubble; people need multifaceted therapies.
My experience with joint health isn’t just professional. It’s personal.
Growing up, I watched my mother fight the pain of disabling psoriatic arthritis on a daily basis.
She’s the strongest woman I know, and it was shocking to see her concealing her struggle to leave bed on her high-pain days. The impact of my mother’s arthritis was what helped define my goals for my career.
I wanted to stop joint pain for my mother, and everyone. Now I know how to do it.
This video will give you the tools you need to allow you to keep doing what you love. After all, isn’t that what life should be about?
Before I continue, I have a warning. This video can be taken down at any time, because what I’m about to reveal is shocking.
I’ve only ever told these secrets to my high-profile patients, but I don’t believe that you need to be rich and famous to get this information.
Like I said, I want to stop joint pain for everyone. That’s why this video exists, and I sincerely hope you listen to it from beginning to end.
All of the information I’m about to give you is like a puzzle. Miss one piece, and the picture is ruined.
You need to hear everything I’m about to teach you so that, in just a few minutes, you and your loved ones will be able to get everything you deserve out of your health and wellbeing.
That’s it. Give me a few minutes of your time, and you’ll get years back. I’m talking about better mobility, increased flexibility, and more energy. That means it’ll be easier for you to keep the rest of your body healthy through normal exercise.
You’ll not only have healthier joints, but more mental clarity, better focus, and improved memory. This solution doesn’t just support your joints; it supports your life.
Before I get to that, though, you need the first puzzle pieces.
These are the three joint destroyers I mentioned earlier, and it’s critical that you learn about them now.
Two of them are perceived as healthy, but I can assure you that this isn’t the case. I’ll show you what to avoid, why, and what you can do to protect your joints today.
So what’s the first joint destroyer? It has to do with inflammation.
Sure, you’re probably not that surprised. More likely than not, someone out there has already told you it’s ‘bad’. But that’s not the whole truth.
Here’s an example. Say you stub your toe on a rock during a jog. What do you feel?
Well, probably a fair amount of pain, and maybe some throbbing. If you take your shoe off, you’ll probably see some redness and swelling.
This is all a biochemical process that releases emergency signals to your body’s immune cells.
This type of response, termed acute inflammation, is not only normal and healthy, but it’s actually an essential part of our survival.
It’s our body’s protective response against foreign invaders, such as bacteria and viruses. Without acute inflammation, those invaders could take over.
Acute inflammation usually sticks around for a few days, or until the injury heals. It does its job and goes away.
However, there’s a second type of inflammation. It’s called chronic inflammation. As you can probably guess, it sticks around for the long run.
Chronic inflammation can last from months to years, but just like its acute counterpart, it doesn’t exist without a trigger.
So, what are the triggers? They’re the other two joint destroyers, which I’ll get to in a moment. First, let’s talk about the signs of chronic inflammation.
This is the scary part. Symptoms of chronic inflammation can be minor and connected to other issues, so most people aren’t aware that what they’re feeling is connected to their immune responses.
These symptoms can range from minor aches to severe pain, either throughout your body or localised to key areas.
Patients also report weight gain, anxiety and depression, gastrointestinal problems such as acid reflux, frequent infections, and trouble sleeping (3).
I can probably bet that you’ve experienced at least one of these issues in the past year.
A proinflammatory state can lead to dozens of life-threatening conditions, such as cardiovascular disease, type two diabetes, forms of malignancy, autoimmune diseases, depression, Alzheimer-type dementia, and Parkinson’s disease, to name just a few.
Patients with autoimmune diseases, such as psoriatic arthritis, need to be especially aware of this because they’re suffering from a systemic disease that can affect other parts of their bodies.
This is that thread I was warning you about earlier. That joint pain you’re feeling right now may only be the first sign of chronic inflammation that leads to something far more life-threatening.
One of my patients, Sherrice, first came to me with chronic joint pain that was so painful she had to take full daily doses of aspirin at least five times a week.
Her mobility suffered, and she’d stopped exercising. In just two years, she’d gained about fifty pounds. She said she thought the pain was just part of getting old, but I assured her that, at age 67, she definitely should not be feeling this bad, this frequently
After educating Sherrice about chronic inflammation, and telling her about the other two joint destroyers I’m about to reveal to you, I was able to help Sherrice change her life.
Five months after teaching her the solution I’m about to share with you, Sherrice came into my office a different woman. She was smiling more, sitting up straight, and her skin glowed.
She looked fifteen years younger, and she must have lost at least twenty-five pounds.
All she did was try my solution.
This solution gave her energy, which helped her get out of the house more. That led to more walks, which led to weekly yoga with an old friend she’d lost touch with.
That friend taught her some healthy recipes, and for the first time in years, Sherrice began cooking for herself.
This new, healthy lifestyle was definitely what helped Sherrice lose weight and feel better, but the trigger was my solution, and Sherrice wanted to make that clear to both me and anyone she met.
The next two triggers I’m about to reveal may be responsible for some of your proinflammatory issues, which is great news.
It means you have control over your chronic inflammation. It also means that in order to maintain your health long-term, you absolutely must keep watching.
I’ll teach you some key aspects about maintaining low levels of chronic inflammation later in this video.
First, you need to learn about the next joint destroyer, which is also a major cause of chronic inflammation.
Joint Destroyer 2 - Prescription Drugs
This one may upset you, because it’s probably in your cabinet. It might even be something you took this morning.
I’m talking about certain medications. Yes, even the ones that your doctor prescribed to you.
You’ve probably watched commercials for one of the most popular arthritis medications on the market. Maybe you’ve even taken it yourself.
But did you know that these medications can cause serious side effects, including high blood pressure, heart issues, allergic reactions, abdominal pain and ulcers, kidney problems, anxiety, and blurred vision?
More specifically, the most popular arthritis medications carry a black-box warning because they can directly affect your immune system and reduce your ability to fight infections. That’s because they employ TNF blockers.
What’s wrong with TNF blockers? Let’s go back to the good type of inflammation I mentioned a minute ago. TNF blockers inhibit that good, or acute, inflammation. That means your body is less prepared to fight infections, and the results can be life-threatening.
TNF blockers have been linked to tuberculosis and certain types of malignancies, especially squamous skin cancer and lymphoma.
There are even a lot of potential problems with over-the-counter NSAIDs. Just like your prescription medications, NSAIDS generally aid in pain management, which means they’re unlikely to fix the underlying issues.
On top of that, they come with a list of dangerous side effects, including ulcers that destroy your gut lining, liver problems, and heart disease.
At my practice, I frequently deal with kidney problems related to long-term NSAID use, issues with irritation of the intestinal and esophageal lining, and chronic stomach ulcers that can lead to cancer. For many patients, NSAIDs just aren’t viable as long-term-use drugs.
This reminds me of a patient I had a few years back. His name was Roger, and he was a 70-year-old retired athlete.
As you can imagine, his joints took a beating when he was younger. He came in with severe pain, and I could see by the way he was walking that his knees were stiff.
Roger told me that this was the first time he’d left his house in almost two weeks, because it was just too difficult to move.
His wife had passed away a few years back, and he was completely alone at home. He had two sons who would bring him groceries when they could, but otherwise, he had no contact with the outside world. He told me he spent his days sitting alone in front of the television.
It was heartbreaking to hear about how he was living. And just like my other patient, Sherrice, he was taking NSAIDS on a daily basis.
Worse, he admitted that during particularly bad episodes, he would take more than the dosage limit. Remember, he was living at home alone. If he had complications from an overdose, there was no telling what could happen to him.
The first thing I told him was to stop taking more than the suggested daily NSAID dose. We needed to start him on my solution, then slowly wean him off the medication.
We created a comprehensive health plan that would include nutrition guidance, regular check-ins, and the solution I’m about to share with you.
Over the course of six months, Roger gradually reduced his intake of NSAIDS, ate the foods I suggested, and followed my solution.
Roger’s transformation might have been even more shocking than Sherrice’s.
Each month, Roger would come into my office a little more quickly. He began smiling more.
He’d had a bit of a hunch at first, probably in reaction to his joint pain, but now he was standing up straight.
More importantly, Roger was getting outside again. He took up golf with an old friend, and through him met a group of great people, including a special lady named Cindy.
She and Roger have begun exploring new restaurants around their city - and you won’t believe this - but they’re taking salsa classes together!
The majority of Roger’s pain is gone, and now he has his life back.
Roger’s story shows us that over-the-counter and prescription medications can sometimes hurt more than help, but that doesn’t mean you have to suffer through the pain forever.
After years of treating patients and keeping up-to-date with the latest medical advances, I have found the most comprehensive solution for maintaining your joint health.
You will enjoy the same energy and joint comfort that you did decades ago, and it will all come naturally.
I’m about to share with you that life-changing solution, but first you need to know about the final joint destroyer: certain meats, starches, and vegetables.
Yes, meat and vegetables. Not all of them, of course, but a certain ones have been found in some cases to trigger inflammation. Eat them regularly, and that inflammation may become chronic.
This is because red meat is high in inflammatory compounds, including advanced glycation end products (AGEs), which I’ll get to in a moment. (Meat - 1). The inflammatory responses associated with modern meat has actually been linked in part to colon cancer. (Meat - 2)
⎠But why would human immune systems fight something that has been consumed for thousands of years? Unfortunately for us, modern meat is very different from what our ancestors put on the dinner table.
In past centuries, the majority of US cattle were raised in pasture. They were allowed to range freely, and brought to slaughter somewhere between four to five years of age.
This led the meat to have a composition that resembled something closer to wild game.
But after the Industrial Revolution, the modern practice of feedlots, fattening, slaughterhouses, warehouses, and distribution became the norm.
The average age of slaughter for beef cattle eventually became reduced to about two years. The meat of younger animals produced by this method exhibits the familiar marbling pattern found in contemporary megamarket beef.
The marbling is the result of excessive fat between the muscles.
Beef with this type of marbling tends to have a higher concentration of saturated fatty acids and a higher ratio of omega-6 fatty acids to omega-3 fatty acids compared to wild game, pasture, grass-fed, or free-range beef.
This only worsens the fact that there’s been an entire dietary shift in the omega-6 to omega-3 ratio.
We’ve started consuming way more omega-6 linoleic acid and way less of those health-boosting omega-3’s, which can throw our bodies’ natural balance completely off. It has also been shown to worsen chronic inflammation.
One study found that rats who consumed an omega-6 to omega-3 fatty acid ratio of 20:1 responded with much higher levels of inflammatory markers than the who consumed a ratio of 1:1 or 5:1 (Meat 3, 4).
That said, try to stick to 100% natural, grass-fed meats.
Meat isn’t the only pro-inflammatory food. Starches, such as potatoes, bread, rice, and sugars, all of which are high in omega-6, are known to trigger buildup of proinflammatory immune signalling molecules called eicosanoids.
When these eicosanoids are triggered, they send signals to your body to create immune responses. Like I said before, this is a natural reaction meant to protect your body from invaders.
However, if you consume omega-6-heavy starches regularly, these natural triggers can turn into chronic inflammation.
Thankfully, research shows that if you maintain a healthy balance of omega-3 and omega-6 in your body, buildup of eicosanoids with inflammatory properties can be prevented or reversed.
However, there is one more issue associated with both processed meat and sugar consumption that has nothing to do with omega balances.
This involves a process called glycation, in which sugar bonds with proteins to form compounds called glycation end products, or AGEs. These compounds damage the cells in your body by speeding up the oxidative process and altering normal cell behavior.
The end result?
Those chronic inflammatory states I’ve been warning you about.
As you can probably guess, AGEs are a contributing factor to many age-related diseases, including joint problems.
Research suggests that consumption of processed foods, including sugar and meat, may contribute to a buildup of AGEs that could increase your risk of developing rheumatoid arthritis.
Nightshades are a group of plants in the Solanaceae family. The nightshades we most regularly eat include eggplant, tomatoes, potatoes, and peppers (excluding black pepper).
These nightshades contain a chemical known as solanine, which is suspected to induce an inflammatory response. It’s also believed to be a gastrointestinal irritant.
Solanine is an acetylcholinesterase inhibitor, and too much of it may lead to an excess of AcH in nerve receptor sites.
A chronic overstimulation of AcH within the parasympathetic nervous system can lead to inflammation.
It can’t be broken down in the body, and instead has to be excreted as alpha-solanine. If you haven’t heard already, alpha-solanine has been classified as a neurotoxin.
If that doesn’t sound like something you want to be harboring in your body on a regular basis, you’re absolutely right.
When these chemicals accumulate in your body over time, you may start experiencing aches, pains, tenderness, stiffness, and, of course, inflammation.
Based on your sensitivity to nightshades, your symptoms may dissipate in a few hours or days after ceasing ingestion. But sometimes it can take longer, especially if you’ve been eating them regularly for a long time.
For some heavy nightshades consumers, the process of successfully reducing pain and inflammation can take up to 3 months.
There’s one more food ingredient to avoid.... vegetable oil. Yes, that unassuming, supposedly healthy alternative to butter is likely contributing to your joint pain.
That’s because vegetable oil is extremely high in omega-6 fatty acids. Omegas themselves aren’t bad for you, but have too much omega-6 and too little omega-3, and the imbalance can cause some serious issues.
This has become a serious problem in the U.S. We’ve shifted the normal omega-6 to omega-3 ratio by consuming way more omega-6 linoleic acid and way less omega-3, which can completely throw off our bodies’ natural balance.
Studies have already begun showing how this imbalance can worsen chronic inflammation.
One study found that rats that consumed an omega-6 to omega-3 fatty acid ratio of 20:1 responded with much higher levels of inflammatory markers than the rats that consumed a ratio of 1:1 or 5:1.
So if you want to maintain a good omega-3 to omega-6 ratio, vegetable oils are just bad news.
They’ve even been suggested to be unhealthier than meat. This comes from the Sydney Diet Heart Study, which examined 458 men who had experienced a heart attack or other coronary event.
The study group had the saturated animal fats in their diet replaced with polyunsaturated fats from corn, sunflower, and safflower oils, all potent in omega-6.âŽ
The group consuming more polyunsaturated fatty acids from vegetables had a 16 percent rate of death from heart disease, versus the group eating saturated fats from animal sources, which experienced a 10 percent death rate.
That means the group who replaced meat with omega-6 had a 62% increase in death from heart disease.âŽ
The possible explanation here is that high ratios of 6:3 can result in a pro-inflammatory state and lead to worse health issues.
Yet the conventional wisdom remains to replace all saturated fats, particularly animal fats, with vegetable-derived oils.
This reminds me of a long-time patient named Alice, who came to me with disabling knee pain and swelling.
She was a film producer who had gone to half a dozen doctors in her bid to find relief. Just like many professionals in the entertainment industry, Alice made sure to eat healthy. Her main staples were eggplant and tomato-based foods.
Her pain had gotten to the point where she began arriving half an hour early to important business meetings to avoid her associates witnessing her acute pain and suffering.
In a go-go-go industry, however, this kind of thing wasn’t going to fly for long. People had already started noticing, and Alice was getting increasingly worried that her pain would affect her career.
I diagnosed her with rheumatoid arthritis and put her on a treatment regimen which included immune therapy and, of course, dietary changes.
The first thing I told her to do was to stop eating such a large volume of tomatoes and eggplants.
After a few months, Alice came in smiling. She didn’t need to sit down and wait a minute for the pain to subside, because the pain was gone.
She’s now living a normal life and is even more successful at work. The drastic change in her pain levels led her to write a book about her suffering, her diagnosis, and how she manages her new lifestyle.
It’s amazing what a few small changes can do. Lower your intake of nightshades, and while we’re at it, avoid other plant-based foods that could trigger inflammation, including blueberries, huckleberries, Goji berries, okra, and artichokes.
Try eating spinach or the ever-popular kale, which are great anti-inflammatories.
Thankfully, there is one solution I found that can allow you to eat your favorite foods and continue to safely use your prescription medication --- all in moderation, of course.
That’s because the joint destroyers I’ve been telling you about have one major nemesis, and this is the thing that can revolutionize your health and your life. It takes a minute a day, and the results I’ve seen in my patients are nothing short of astounding.
I’m going to tell you exactly what it is, and my journey to finding it.
As you know, my mom was a huge motivation for my career in rheumatology. Her mobility issues were the stimulus for my countless hours, days, and years researching joint health. I wanted to help her, and others, move comfortably again.
A combination of a healthy diet and exercise is of course essential and one of the first things I address with my patients, but many times, they need more than this to help support their joints.
Some doctors jump straight into prescription medications and surgeries, but there is an important alternative to this that needs to be addressed, especially for patients who don’t want to undergo serious, sometimes life-altering treatments.
It took me a long time to piece together this alternative, as it’s an assembly of key joint-supporting ingredients that, when used correctly, can revolutionize your health.
The first is hyaluronic acid, which is an amino acid that lubricates the tissues in your joints. Think of your car’s engine ---- it needs lubrication to help reduce the friction between all the moving metal parts.
Your bony joints are the same.
They need your tissue to be in perfect working order to help keep your bones from wearing against each other over time. Hyaluronic acid helps ensure your joint tissue stays strong.
Our bodies produce hyaluronic acid on their own, but over time, that production slows. This reduction of hyaluronic acid can contribute to joint discomfort.
But hyaluronic acid isn’t the only component of good mobility. In fact, we need an entire suite of nutrients.
This includes collagen. No, I’m not talking about botox injections.
Collagen is so much more than the key ingredient at a plastic surgeon’s office. Just like hyaluronic acid, our bodies produce collagen naturally.
Collagen is a key protein in joint cartilage that supports elasticity.
I’m talking about eggshells, or more specifically, membrane collagen found in chicken eggshells.
This fibrous membrane has been shown through multiple studies to help support joint health and mobility.
Not only does it contain collagen and hyaluronic acid, but also glucosamine and chondroitin, both of which have been widely used to help support our joints.
Studies have already been performed on eggshell membrane collagen, and so far, they’ve found that regular use can benefit joint comfort, mobility, and continued health.
What’s better is that this ingredient, collagen, and hyaluronic acid, are all natural.
Another ingredient known for its powerful joint effects is astaxanthin. This is a type of carotenoid, which is a natural pigment found in a variety of foods, such as lobster and salmon. It can also be found in types of krill and algae.
Astaxanthin is one of the most powerful known antioxidants because it distributes itself across the the cellular membrane, from outside the cell to the inside.
It also acts as a barrier to oxidative stress. One study combined astaxanthin with fish oil, a polyunsaturated fatty acid known for its anti-inflammatory ingredients, but with the downside of inducing the cell-damaging process of oxidative stress.
The researchers found that the astaxanthin not only supported the anti-inflammatory benefits of the fish oil, but also helped prevent the effects of oxidative stress.
This suggests that astaxanthin may, in some cases, be an important addition to fish oil consumption.
Clinical research is already revealing that astaxanthin intake may help reduce chronic inflammation.
One study found that just 4mg of astaxanthin a day significantly prevented joint pain following strenuous knee exercises.
Results from another study suggest that astaxanthin can support people suffering from tennis elbow.
On top of that, astaxanthin has been shown to help boost energy levels. This was actually one of the ingredients my patient Roger took.
Remember how I mentioned his increased energy?
I suspect a great deal of it may be due to his intake of astaxanthin. It helped give him the boost he needed to get outside, start moving, and begin his life again.
You’re probably thinking that this is all great, but astaxanthin can’t possibly compare to pain relievers.
Not so fast -- astaxanthin has been found to match NSAID performance in human pain relief. Where astaxanthin comes out on top, though, is its ability to target the root cause of your pain: chronic inflammation.
More specifically, clinical studies have found that astaxanthin effectively down-regulates pro-inflammatory cytokines.
And because chronic inflammation can be a root cause of dozens of diseases, research involving astaxanthin’s anti-inflammatory benefits extends beyond joint health and energy levels.
One study has shown that astaxanthin intake can help inhibit tumorous cell growth in breast cancer patients.
It’s also heart-healthy. Research suggests that astaxanthin may support elastin levels and promote arterial wall thickness in individuals with high blood pressure.
Though further studies are limited, astaxanthin is also thought to help prevent heart disease.
On top of these life-altering health benefits, astaxanthin is linked to everything from improved male fertility, to sustained eye health and reduction of wrinkles and age spots.
Studies also show you’ll notice benefits in as little as seven days. Just seven days of targeted astaxanthin intake can not only reduce your pain, but begin eliminating the root cause altogether.
There’s one last ingredient that I found during my search, and that’s boswellia serrata. This powerful anti-inflammatory is a gum resin extracted by trees. It has a range of benefits that have been appreciated for thousands of years.
Boswellia serrata, also known as frankincense, was historically applied in India and various African regions for chronic inflammatory conditions.
It seems our ancestors already knew about its powerful effects, but just to back things up with modern research, boswellic acid has been shown in numerous clinical studies to inhibit pro-inflammatory responses by moderating an enzyme responsible for inflammation.
One double-blind study of twelve volunteers, for example, found that those who took boswellia experienced a significant increase in pain tolerance when compared to the placebo group.
Other studies have found that boswellia serrata can support individuals dealing with knee- based osteoarthritis.
It can also moderate Chrohn’s disease, ulcerative colitis, and bronchial asthma. Boswellic acid has even been found to interfere with cellular-level signals related to inflammatory reactions and tumor growth.
That means there may be a connection between the intake of boswellic acid and successful moderation of certain forms of cancer, though many more studies are still needed to support this initial finding.
When compared to many prescription medications, boswellia serrata comes out ahead, with studies indicating that there are no serious side effects associated with oral ingestion of this anti-inflammatory.
Boswellia serrata may also be a safer option than long-term NSAID usage, as it utilizes a different pathway -- specifically lipoxygenase -- to reduce inflammation.
“So,” I asked myself, “what would happen if we combined hyaluronic acid, type-2 collagen, eggshell membrane collagen, astaxanthin, and boswellia serrata? Does a compound like this even exist?”
Bad news. I didn’t find anything like that. There were some supplements that came close, but they always either missed an ingredient, or didn’t offer the right serving sizes necessary for results.
I collected a long list of the best supplements out there, but asking my patients to take half a dozen pills at least twice a day, was both ridiculous and unsustainable.
Most of my patients flat-out refused to buy them. Some of my patients agreed to try, but almost all of them gave up after about a month or two.
The expense, the time, and frankly the discomfort involved in taking so many pills every day was too overwhelming, and I couldn’t blame them. I was frustrated, too.
It seemed so easy to simply combine the right ingredients into one pill, and I couldn’t understand why nobody had thought to do this.
Solution - 1MD introduction, how Dr found it, patient stories
During this time I discovered 1MD. It’s an organization of trusted doctors with years of combined experience, all committed to educating the public about holistic approaches to health maintenance.
I immediately wanted to become a part of this groundbreaking group.
So I teamed up with 1MD to help create the formulation I’d been searching for. It’s called Move MD, and it’s by far the most comprehensive joint health solution I’ve seen.
That’s because 1MD was thinking about joint health the same way I was. They wanted to create a supplement that not only targeted joint discomfort, but also improved whole-body health by addressing the root case: chronic inflammation.
The problem was, it wasn’t easy to combine all of these ingredients into just one pill.
This was probably why such a formula was so hard to come by. Those popular supplement companies you see on TV and in health food stores all have a bottom line.
They need to make sure they’re making a profit and not sinking costs into long-term projects.
That’s where 1MD is different. Their bottom line is health. They will put in the time, effort, and expense necessary to create a comprehensive product that addresses our bodies’ needs.
It took a long time and a lot of back-and-forth with the top laboratories in the field, but finally, 1MD has released something that has never been seen in the joint health market.
Thousands have already used Move MD and reported great benefits. This broad-spectrum formula combines the power of all of the ingredients I mentioned above, and in their most potent forms.
This includes AprèsFlex® bioavailable Boswellia serrata extract, a revolutionary composition that has been clinically shown to offer relief to those suffering from joint discomfort, and help aid joint function and mobility.
It’s formulated with the combination of a proprietary boswellic acid and Acetyl-11-keto-ß-boswellic acid, otherwise known as AKBA, making it one of the most effective blends on the market.
Studies have found that this blend not only improves bioavailability and bioactivity of AKBA, but provides noticeable benefits in as little as five to seven days. This is faster than use of AKBA alone.
But 1MD didn’t stop there. We also formulated Move MD with Zanthin® Natural Astaxanthin, sourced from algae, which contains two hundred times more astaxanthin than standard krill oils.
As you probably remember, this ingredient has been shown to give you those all-important anti-inflammatory benefits, with studies showing that you’ll notice improvement in as little as seven days.
MoveMD also includes Flexonic ™, a patented lower molecule weight hyaluronic acid to block chronic inflammation and help support the ligaments that keep your joints lubricated.
Zanthin and ApresFlex are both super ingredients in MoveMD, but we wanted to give you even more benefits.
That’s why we added patented and bioenhanced type I.V.X. egg shell membrane and type II chicken collagen.
With these, MoveMD targets every facet of joint health, including: aiding the improvement of crucial synovial membrane and fluid, cartilage, ligaments, and tendons.
derived from chicken, rounds out the formula with even more inflammation reduction.
There is nothing this well-rounded on the market. 1MD has created a unique formula that covers all of the ingredients clinically shown to support joint health.
It works to target every facet of joint health, including aiding the improvement of synovial membrane and fluid, cartilage, ligaments, and tendons.
You probably think that you’d need to take 3 pills per serving, twice daily, to fit all of these benefits in.
What if I told you that you only have to take one capsule a day?
It’s true. 1MD found a way to fit all of these massive benefits into just one capsule, once a day. I told you before, my solution is so simple, that it only takes seconds of your time.
The only life-altering aspects of this solution are the benefits ---- mobility, flexibility, energy, joint comfort.
All in just one serving a day.
Seems unbelievable, but there’s a reason behind it: one of the ingredients, astaxanthin, only needs a small amount to be included per serving, which is what allowed 1MD to fit everything into one capsule.
You’re probably wondering how this is possible. Well, as I mentioned a minute ago, we’ve sourced the best and most clinically proven form of astaxanthin out there.
Zanthin Natural Astaxanthin is formulated with 100% natural phospholipid-rich krill oil that dramatically increases its bioavailability compared with its competitors.
You also have the egg shell membrane, which naturally includes some of the necessary hyaluronic acid and collagen I mentioned earlier.
This formula is truly the perfect combination of comprehensive ingredients and efficiency of use.
I know how this all sounds: too miraculous to be believable. One capsule that gives us life-changing benefits? We’ve all heard that one.
And it’s true that we still should combine Move MD with other good habits, such as a healthy diet and light exercise.
But the difference is, this capsule will help kick-start your path to better living.
It’ll naturally give you more energy, which will then boost your motivation to go for that afternoon walk..
A miraculous supplement that fixes everything by itself may be a fairy tale, but a capsule that helps start a domino-effect of good habits is real, and it’s called Move MD.
I’ve told you about Move MD’s ingredients and the studies showing their ability to support joint health, but what about real-life patient stories?
Well, there’s plenty enough to fill a whole separate video, so I’ll stick to a few highlights. There’s Elizabeth, who was working in the restaurant business.
She was on her feet almost sixty hours a week, so although she was only forty-five, she had already begun experiencing some significant joint discomfort. This was especially prominent in her lower back and her knees.
Elizabeth suffered from depression, and it grew worse when the joint pain made her less able to do her favorite things, like going to music festivals, practicing yoga, and gardening.
She sometimes used NSAIDs, but they didn’t always work, and she knew that long-term use could negatively affect her health.
She wanted something that worked naturally, and fast. After a significant search through dozens of supplements, Elizabeth found Move MD.
Within just a week, she felt more energized and better able to handle her long hours at the restaurant.
After a month, she went to her favorite annual music festival. Before Move MD, Elizabeth had been certain she’d have to cancel her plans and stay home.
Instead, she stayed for the entire festival, and she and her friends had a great time.
Elizabeth says that her depression is much more manageable now that she can go out and do the things she loves.
You see, that’s what Move MD does --- it begins that domino effect of good health and joyful living.
Jeremy’s journey with Move MD is another story I enjoy sharing.
This guy loved playing basketball, but he had gained some weight in his forties and was beginning to feel it in his joints. After workouts, he noticed swelling and increased pain to the point where he had to begin icing his knees and lower back.
He got his joints checked, and, among other suggestions, the doctor mentioned trying supplements containing the ingredients I told you about.
Jeremy was not buying into it. He didn’t believe in supplements, except for his daily protein powder. He ignored the suggestion and continued his usual routine, along with a pain reliever the doctor had prescribed.
That pain reliever didn’t seem to be helping, and the side effects led Jeremy to stop taking it altogether. His joint pain got worse.
He stopped playing basketball, and even stopped working out. This led to even more weight gain.
Jeremy felt like he was fighting a losing battle. Then he found Move MD while looking up sports injuries online.
He checked the ingredients against the studies showing their usefulness for joint health, and studied up on 1MD itself.
For the first time, Jeremy felt like there was a supplement out there that might actually work. He was willing to at least give it a try, so he ordered a bottle.
Within two weeks, Jeremy was shocked by how great he felt. His back wasn’t hurting after working out, and his knees felt good, too. He didn’t even need to ice anything.
Jeremy was back to his old routine, and soon, he began losing the extra weight he’d gained.
With the added motivation of weight loss, Jeremy began eating healthier. He used 1MD’s nutrition guides to choose the best ingredients for his lifestyle, and read their articles on health and exercise.
After six months, Jeremy’s weight went down to the lowest it had been since college.
He says that he had never realized just how tired and, in his words, “cranky” he was before Move MD. It wasn’t until using it daily, eating better, and exercising the right way that he began to get into a better mood and feel more energetic.
All of this was due to that one catalyst:
Move MD
If you’re still watching this video, I can probably bet you’re experiencing similar issues to Jeremy, Elizabeth, and the patients I told you about earlier.
You’re also probably extremely knowledgeable about joint health and the necessary steps to take to keep everything running smoothly.
Now you also know about the ‘good’ and ‘bad’ types of inflammation, and which ingredients and medications to avoid. I’ve also shared with you which ingredients have been clinically shown to help support not only joint health, but overall wellness.
It’s time to put that knowledge to action. Right now, with a simple click of your mouse, you can choose to start your journey to joint health. It begins with a single capsule of Move MD, and ends with whole body wellbeing.
Within just a few days, you can be moving more, throwing away those NSAIDs, getting out of the house to see friends and family, and enjoying your favorite hobbies, all with energy and freedom from discomfort.
You’ll also notice boosted flexibility, easier mobility, and increased mental clarity.
You’ll see even better results if you pair Move MD with a healthy lifestyle, including regular exercise and a nutritional diet.

Remember, more than fifty percent of US adults over 65 are suffering from some form of joint pain. This is your chance to avoid becoming part of that statistic, both for yourself and your loved ones.
Don’t take your chances on your health. If you keep consuming the joint destroyers I told you about, and decide not to try any of the ingredients included in Move MD, you will face a lifetime of joint discomfort, fatigue, memory loss, decreased mobility, and worse.
Let chronic inflammation continue in your body, and you can open yourself up to dangerous diseases, such as cardiovascular degeneration, malignancies, and diabetes.
It’s much easier to simply order yourself a trial of Move MD while our offer still lasts. I would also suggest getting the special family pack of six bottles, which allows you to get the biggest discount, and share it with your loved ones.
You can do all of this with the peace of mind that comes with a 100% money-back guarantee if you or your loved ones don’t see results within those first ninety days.
All you have to do is follow the suggestions I made today and try Move MD. If you don’t feel better mobility and boosted joint comfort, then simply send it back.
Our customer service department is happy to help you with any questions or concerns you may have. Remember, 1MD is committed to helping you over the long run. That means we’ll support you in any way we can, both before and after your purchase.
The ingredients we included in Move MD have been clinically proven to aid joint health and naturally moderate inflammation.
I’m confident you’ll see results, but sometimes this can take longer than expected. That’s why I encourage you to try at least one entire bottle of Move MD before sending it back.
I don’t want you to miss out on the amazing benefits that these ingredients, if given the time, can have on your body.
These ingredients include Apreflex boswellia serrata for knee mobility; Zanathin natural astaxanthin to reduce chronic inflammation; hyaluronic acid to keep joints lubricated; UC- II chicken collagen for further inflammation reduction and joint support; and type I.V.X eggshell membrane collagen for better comfort and flexibility for your joints and connective tissue.
These ingredients can revolutionize your joint health all on their own, but some people have sworn by combining Move MD with 1MD’s Curcumin Turmeric and Antarctic Krill Oil Platinum. They say all three have had a powerful effect on their joint health.
Remember, chronic inflammation can be triggered by a multitude of factors, including lifestyle habits, foods, and medications.
The triggers I mentioned today are just a drop in an ocean of potential pro-inflammatory elements.
That’s why it’s crucial to take that first step today and try Move MD.
It’ll help you not only regulate your joint symptoms, but also shield you from all the potential complications that arise from prolonged inflammation.

We’ve had thousands of orders since this video launched. In fact, we’ve already sold out twice!
Like I mentioned in the original video, Move MD is a specialized formula that takes time to produce, so unfortunately we had a lot of customers who had to wait weeks for the next batch.
That’s why I made this update.
I want to let you know that, as of this recording, we do have a new batch in. However, it’s already selling fast, and I can’t guarantee that there will still be any more available.
Click the link below to see whether this batch has sold out.
If it hasn’t, I highly suggest you order now, while you can. We can’t guarantee when the next batch will be ready, and I really don’t want you to miss out on the benefits.
These include sharper memory, increased mobility, energy to do the things you love, and freedom from joint discomfort.
You’ll be able to get out more and enjoy life again. This all begins with just one serving of Move MD per day.
If we’ve sold out again, please make sure to sign up for the 1MD Health Club at the bottom of the page.
This club will give you exclusive access to Move MD the moment a new batch becomes available. It’ll also give you access to our huge database of health information, including free ebooks, articles, and recipes.
We’re still holding down that limited-time, exclusive offer I told you about - including an additional 10% off per bottle, making it only $49.95 per bottle.
We also have our most popular and biggest discount package deal starting at $40.57 per bottle.
Both of these offers, however, are extremely limited. In fact, this current batch may be the last we can offer at this rate.
Taking the steps I suggested will help you not only experience better joint health, but also support better memory, focus, and mobility.
You’ll also manage any chronic inflammation that could potentially harm you later. These ingredients have been clinically shown to do all of this naturally.
So why wait? Click the link below to start your journey to better health.
Still there? You probably have some more questions about Move MD and your joint health. Let’s go over some of the enquiries we receive the most at 1MD.
How is 1MD different from other companies selling supplements?
The major difference is our bottom line. Our goal is to educate the public about their health, and how to take control of it. That’s why we’ve collected an extensive digital database of health materials, all completely free and available exclusively to 1MD health club members.
These materials include the latest health articles, clinical studies, recipes, and even ebooks.
Since our bottom line is so focused on health and education, we put more time into sourcing only the best and most potent ingredients for our supplements.
We do the most extensive research of anyone in the supplement industry before formulating any new product. We aren’t afraid to take our time.
The downside, of course, means that it takes longer for new products to come out. New batches also take longer for us to generate. That’s why it’s crucial for you to stock up on any 1MD product that works for you.
What should I look for in the right joint health supplement?
First and foremost, check the ingredient label. You need the full spectrum of clinically proven joint health ingredients to see real results. This includes boswellia serrata, egg shell membrane extract, hyaluronic acid, and astaxanthin.
You also want to know a significant amount about the company that manufactured the supplement. Is it informed about the clinical results regarding each of these ingredients?
Can it back its product up with research and customer testimonials? There are hundreds of joint health supplements on the market, but they're not all the same.
While looking for the right joint health supplement, what should you try to stay away from?
I would stay away from supplements with generic ingredients that have not been clinically proven. Avoid anything with fillers and preservatives, like magnesium stearate and silicon dioxide, to name just a couple.
Some of them have gluten-derived fillers, which can irritate your gut lining. Move MD has been formulated without any of these, and maintains its potency through completely natural, clinically proven ingredients.
If Move MD is such a great way to boost joint health, why aren’t pharmaceutical companies offering natural alternatives instead of the potentially harmful medications you mentioned?
The unfortunate answer is that there isn’t that much money in extracting natural products and then selling them as supplements. If you do want to get something approved by the FDA for a certain condition, you have to synthesize the product.
You have to extract the product from wherever you're getting it. You have to go through several loops to prove to the FDA that it not only works, but it's also safe, and essential. That costs a lot of money.
That’s why, if a pharmaceutical company doesn't anticipate a joint supplement being very lucrative for them, there's really no reason for them to go through an entire pathway paved with potential failures, on top of years of clinical trials.
My friend swears by glucosamine and chondroitin for joint pain. Why isn’t that included in Move MD?
Well, it is included in the sense that the eggshell membrane extract naturally contains it. Though the truth is, their efficacy is widely variable. Many patients have no response to it at all.
Though it’s generally well tolerated, some patients experience abdominal upset, loose stools, and headaches. This can be demoralizing for patients who want to take a more “natural” product and can’t tolerate it.
What’s the best time of day to take Move MD?
I always suggest taking it at the time that suits you best. Some patients prefer to take it with their morning coffee, and others say they only remember to take it during dinner. It definitely depends on your preferences.
You can take it on an empty stomach, but I recommend pairing it with a little food if you have any sensitivities. As long as you add it to some part of your daily routine, you’re good to go.
How fast does Move MD really work?
It really depends on the person, but the form of boswellia serrata used in Move MD has been clinically found to take effect in as little as 5 to 7 days.
This is great, especially compared to most of the medications used for rheumatoid arthritis, such as disease modifying antirheumatic drugs, that may take four to six weeks to have a noticeable effect.
However, not everyone reacts the same way. You may take longer to notice results, which is why I always suggest trying at least an entire bottle.
Some individuals have found that they didn’t see any change at all the first month, and then suddenly, like a light switch, the ingredients had an amazing effect. Don’t give up too soon!
The only way to really know how fast Move MD works is to try it! Click below for your discounted supply.
Now is the time for action. Now is the time to begin enjoying your life the way it should be. Thank you for watching, and I look forward to hearing about your success story using Move MD!
