What is an I.U. compared to milligrams and micrograms?
IU stands for International Unit and is a standard and internationally accepted unit of measurement for vitamin A (and Beta-carotene), Vitamin D and Vitamin E. The remainder of vitamins and minerals are measured in milligrams (mg) or micrograms (mcg). Although IUs can be converted into mgs, most supplement labels, as well as food labels will reflect the amount of these nutrients in IU.
What is a Daily Value?
The percent daily value is put forth and regulated by the FDA. It is based on a standard 2,000 calorie/day diet and should be used as a guideline to determine the amount of nutrients in a food or supplement.
5% daily value indicates a source of low nutrient density
20% daily value indicates a source of high nutrient density
These numbers should be references in order take in an optimal amount of nutrients. You won't find a daily value for sugar and trans fats. These food sources include typical pastries and sweets (cookies, cakes, donuts, other fried confections) that are calorically dense but low in nutrients.
Are dietary supplements regulated under the FDA?
Supplement regulation is not the same as prescription and nonprescription drugs. They are put through a different set of regulations by the FDA through Dietary Supplement Health and Education Act (DSHEA)

You may purchase one (1) twelve (12) month supply per year effective from the date of your purchase of the twelve (12) month supply. This is due to issues in the past we've had with large purchases of multiple twelve (12) month supplies and individuals selling them illegally. Be aware that if you ever purchase products that have not come directly from 1MD, we cannot guarantee those products are not counterfeit, contaminated or illegally obtained. Products that are contaminated could have ingredients that have been changed or tampered with, or had the expiration date altered. Illegally obtained products may come from other countries where the health and regulatory requirements differ in the ingredients. Improper storage and handling would alter the performance of these products and potentially be dangerous. Further, we will not return the items or refund the amount paid.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses
During checkout, you certify you are providing the correct shipping address. Please be sure to check your shipping address for errors before processing any orders. We can not be held responsible for products shipped to the wrong address due to input error.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by you, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the redelivery cost. 1MD is not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by a customer.
If you realize after placing your order you have given the wrong address, please contact our Customer Service Center immediately at (888) 393-4030 between the hours of 6 a.m. to 5 p.m. PST on Monday through Friday and 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday through Sunday. Orders are typically shipped the following business day by 11 a.m. PST. Once an order has shipped it can not be canceled or changed. If the order has not shipped by the time you contact us we will be able to alter the address.
We ship our products Monday through Friday. All orders will be processed and shipped within 24 hours (except holidays and weekends). Orders submitted on weekends, holiday weekends, or holidays will be processed on the next open business day. Please expect longer delivery times on holidays or long holiday weekends.
All orders, unless noted otherwise, will be shipped via DHL, USPS First Class or Priority Mail. We provide delivery confirmation on all orders. Delivery times will differ by district. It takes roughly 5 to 7 business days from the time your order leaves our processing center.

All orders, unless noted otherwise, will be shipped DHL, United States Postal Service Priority International or Express Mail International. Tracking numbers will be given but remember tracking information will not be available until after the package is delivered. Shipping rates are subject to adjustment based on international locations.
You are liable for any taxes or duties that may apply. We will not collect taxes or duties from you. It is your responsibility to look into your country/local policies of taxes and duties, and to abide by those. It is your responsibility to know if your country's Customs Department permits the shipment of our products and what the duties or tariffs may be upon delivery. We can not provide a refund for the shipping of any package if you refuse it or if it is refused by customs due to regulations and taxes or duties. If the order is seized by customs for any reason and is not returned to us, we cannot issue a refund.
If your country of residence is not listed in our drop down list, unfortunately, we cannot ship to your country.
Lost or Stolen Packages
1MD can not be held responsible for lost or stolen packages that have a confirmed delivery to the address entered for an order. If you think you package has been misplaced and it has been confirmed to arrive please contact USPS or DHL to open a claim. We will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to be able to complete that claim.
Checking Your Order Status
When your order is shipped, we will send you the shipment information and a confirmation email. Your order will be processed and shipped within one to two business days after you order (holidays not included). Your order should arrive within five to eight business days after shipment.
The email will also contain your tracking information. You can track your order at the shipping carrier's website. Please, give the carrier 48 hours to scan and update tracking information. On rare occasion USPS or DHL does not update tracking until after delivery. We cannot provide further information until delivery window is complete.
Refunds and Returns
1MD stands behind every product we offer. We know that although a large majority of consumers love our products, a few people may not feel the same.
You may return your order for any reason within 90 days of your purchase. You will receive a 100% refund excluding shipping costs. To refund your order, you must let 1MD know of your decision to cancel. You may do this by calling our customer service center or writing a notice on the package you are returning. If you simply send the product back without informing us you want to cancel your order, you revoke this right.
Customer refunds take between seven (7) to fourteen (14) business days from the day we receive the product. Any item that appears to be purchased from an unauthorized seller will not be accepted. Customers are liable for product until they are received at our warehouse and are responsible for the cost of shipping on all returns. 1MD is not responsible for any lost or stolen returns. The customer understands if we do not receive the return we cannot issue a refund.
Refunds for any opened products will be issued based on days since product is received, and days product is able to be used. For example, if you had the product for a month and two months worth of product is missing from return you will only be refunded for one month of product. Full refunds will be issued for unopened products returned within the 90 day window.
